COURSE SUMMARY

This one-day training (8 hours) with our AST Luca Costa focuses on the fundamental skills required to prepare all the key beverages on your menu, with a strong emphasis on dose distribution, tamping, and grinder adjustment. You will also receive guidance on how to better manage your workspace and workflow for maximum efficiency behind the bar.
In this BARISTA FOUNDATION course, we cover all the content assessed in the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) Barista Foundation certificate (certification available upon request).
